ONETHIRTY.IO (“the Service”) is a daily word-score guessing game available at onethirty.io. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may play as a guest or register a free account. Registered accounts allow us to track your statistics across devices. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We offer optional paid subscriptions processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@onethirty.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
All content, branding, and code comprising ONETHIRTY.IO are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
