Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to run the Service:

• Email address — when you register for an account, used solely for authentication and essential service communications.
• Game results — the date you played and how many guesses you took, used to compute your personal statistics (streak, win distribution).
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Local preferences — keyboard layout, theme choice, and onboarding state are stored in your browser’s localStorage only and never sent to our servers.

2. How We Use It

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To display your personal game statistics.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To measure aggregate, anonymous usage through Vercel Analytics (no personally identifiable information is included).

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure. Your email and game results are stored on Supabase servers.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.
• Vercel — hosting and anonymized analytics.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Game results are kept to maintain your statistics history. If you delete your account, your email and game records are permanently removed.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@onethirty.io. If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage for preferences and session state. No tracking cookies are set by us. Supabase and Stripe may set cookies as part of authentication and payment flows — refer to their respective policies for details.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
